MLB Season Outlook Part II- A.L. Standings

American League

1. Red Sox(99-63)The Bosox did a lot to help their club by getting Lackey and Scutaro
2. Yankees(93-69)I think they will be getting the Wild Card because they simply play in the best division
3. Rays(85-77)They are slowly returning back to their old bad self again by letting go some key players
4. Orioles(75-87)Things are getting better in Baltimore and they actually may be competitive this year
5. Blue Jays(65-97) Simply put: they are rebuilding.

1. Tigers(88-74) Seems like a close division every year but advantage Tigers for the better pitching
2. White Sox(87-75) Will be more in the race than last year but not enough power to crack October
3. Twins (77-85) A bad trade and some unmade moves puts the Twins playoff hopes in jeopardy
4. Indians(74-88)They need a lot more pitching if they want to be competitve
5. Royals(63-99) Zach Grienke is the best pitcher in baseball and no one knows it because he plays for the Royals

1. Rangers(94-68) Most surprising team of the year but one more pitcher would really help
2. Mariners(88-74) The offseason moves really help but not quite enough for the M's
3. Angels(88-74) A let down year for the Halos as they did not resign many players
4. Athletics(73-89)An avarage pitching staff however a poor lineup will put the A's in last again
