MLB Preseason OutlookPart I -N.L. Standings

First my MLB projected standings:

National League

1. Phillies(91-73) Win the division in a race tighter than most think thanks to great pitching by Halladay in the end
2. Mets(89-73) They bring back most of the linup that people had winning the W.S. last year
3. Marlins(83-79)Hanley keeps them close in the race but not close enough to win it
4. Braves(75-87) Just not as good as they were in the 90's but it does look like it will get better
5. Nationals(70-92) Better than last year but still not good enough to get out of the bottom

1. Cardinals(96-66) They are the team to beat in the N.L. and will show it this year
2. Brewers(88-74) The Crew's pitching is better but I dont think good enough for the playoffs
3. Reds(84-78) Somewhat of a surprise team this year the Reds will be dangerous in the Wild Card race
4. Cubs(80-82) Expect a let down from them as many years are their stars are just simply not that good anymore
5. Astros(77-85) Their pitching isnt as good as it was a few years ago and their hitting isnt either.
6. Pirates(63-99)Well what can you say for a team that seems to be rebuilding for 20 years

1. Rockies(93-69) They get Cook back and their linup is the most dangerous in the N.L.
2. Dodgers(89-73) Not as good of a year as many expect, Manny's best years are behind him
3. Giants(82-80)Their rotation is better than anyones but they still lack a good everyday power hitter
4. Diamondbacks(74-88) The good thing is Webb is back the bad part is they dont have much else
5. Padres(65-97) Show Gonzalez love and just trade him already because it wont get any better for the Padres
